  • Do the same staff come into my home?

    Yes, we make every effort possible to do so, with the exception of illness or vacation time.

  • Do I provide the cleaning supplies?

    No, we provide a healthy, chemical-free, environmentally friendly cleaner. Of course, if you have a specific cleaner you would like us to use we would be happy to accommodate. We quite often use our clients vacuum as well as it is much easier than carrying our vacuum to and from the houses, but of course we always have vacuum with us at all times.

  • Do you clean windows?

    Our service provides inside window cleaning at an additional cost.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No – you can cancel at anytime, however out of courtesy we ask that you give us at least 2 days for a rescheduled cleaning and 1-2 weeks for a complete cancellation.

  • What if I have to cancel or reschedule one cleaning?

    We are always flexible in our schedule and very accommodating.

  • Do you provide a background check?

    Yes, all new employees are thoroughly screened including a criminal record check. Employees are also bonded and insured.

  • Do you pay for referrals?

    Absolutely! Your next cleaning is free. The more referrals you send our way the more free cleanings you will receive – just think all your cleanings could be for free – it doesn’t get much better than that! (Referrals must be a regular biweekly client to qualify).

  • What about pets and children?

    All of our staff love pets and children, however, it is easier for us to work without having to work around them. If at all possible we ask that you give us the time that we need to perform our task without getting in each others way.
